• Velsh only sell 100% genuine products.
• None of our products are testers and all are in compliance with health and safety regulations and come fully packaged.

• All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
• The prices in Euros are based on an average daily exchange rate. When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary dependant on the rate of exchange at that time.
• All photos are used for illustration only and are generally an image of the fragrance bottle. Please read carefully the exact product and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.
• Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Velsh will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.
• All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
• According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Velsh  permission to do so.
• Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Velsh reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
• Velsh reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
• If Velsh has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods.    Velsh will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

• Orders are only dispatched after full payment is received.
• Cancellations can only be made if the order has not been dispatched.
• All returns must be accompanied by a full explanation for return.
• Velsh reserves the right to refuse refunds that may stem from fraudulent behaviour.
• All refunds are subject to a full inspection of the products and are made at the discretion of Velsh.
• You the customer have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, however these items must be unopened and in the same condition as we dispatched them.
• Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
• Orders not recieved, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.
• If an order is not received you must notify Velsh in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
• Velsh shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
• In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Velsh will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Velsh will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
• You the customer accepts full responsibility for any reaction caused by ingredients of the products used. We do not accept responsibility for any allergies that you the customer may have in accordance to the products and recommend that you read the ingredients of an item before use and check if the item is suitable for the intended use. Any reactions or effects caused by misuse of the products are not the responsibility of Velsh.
• All information given by the customer remains private and confidential, we do not pass on any of your information to third parties.
• We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices, and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice.
• None of the above effects your statutory rights.

GOODS 'LOST IN TRANSIT'
The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but from time to time items may go missing.
As items can be shipped from different locations and using different services, please see the table below for what to do if you suspect that an item we have sent has been lost in transit.
Please note: Failure to follow the procedure as detailed below may result in a considerably longer resolution time.  

1.    ALLOW 7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DESPATCH. We will send you an email to tell you when we have despatched an item. You can also see the despatch date in YOUR ORDER HISTORY 

2.   Contact your local sorting office to make sure they are not holding any items for you.
      Make sure you record the name of the person you spoke to, and the address of the                sorting office, as you will need this information to continue your claim.    
     If the sorting office is NOT holding items for you, Contact Us making sure you provide     the information above, together with your order number and full delivery address.

3.   We will process your claim (usually within 1 - 2 days) and pending our investigation, we may send out a free-of-charge replacement item.
