We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 7 working days for an exchange or refund.
- Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 working days of receiving your order. IMPORTANT * The fragrance must not have been activated (sprayed ) Send your parcel to: PO Box 62525, E6 9EP
- We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post. Goods are returned at your own cost. If the item is not faulty and is being returned as not wanted a charge of £2.99 will be made due to the fact we have paid the carraige and admin on sending the item to you initially.
- We will email to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy times. Damaged/ Faulty goods: If you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)
- If the item is not faulty and is being returned your item can be exchanged or refunded less the value (£2.99) of the amount of postage it has cost to get it to you in the first instance
